Boring Blogger...

Okay so I have been such a boring blogger, or I guess you could say just lazy. I have wanted to post pictures but I keep forgetting to re-charge my camera, but I am hoping tonight I will remember to re-charge it and post some pictures. I have had such a fun couple of weeks, it has been full of lots of family time. Thanksgiving was seriously awesome, the whole weekend was amazing. We had Thanksgiving at Aaron's Grandma's house and it was so yummy, my mother-in-law makes the best mashed potatoes. I can't believe how lucky I am to have such great family, I truly am blessed with the best husband (Seriously the best), family, and friends. I have been pondering alot lately about how grateful I am that I am part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, it is so great to be apart of something that is so true and real.
Well since Thanksgiving Aaron and I have been busy with Christmas shopping, Christmas Sweater Party's, family get togethers, pary's and playing Rock Band. It has been a really busy December but so much fun. We loved the big Snow Storm last Saturday it was really pretty and very fun to play in.
Tonight Aaron and I are going with his family to a Christmas Concert at the Conference Center, and I can't wait. I love being downtown by the temple and with all the pretty christmas lights and it might even snow which would make it a fairly tale evening.
Life has been so great, Aaron and I have been married for 10 months it has flown by. It has been the best 10 months of my life, I love being married especially to Aaron.
I hope all of you who read this have a Merry Christmas and I promise I will post pictures soon.

GOBBLE, GOBBLE!

BOY or GIRL...

BOY or GIRL?
Don't worry it is not me who is pregnant! Mindi and Danny are finding out what they are having today, and I can't wait! As soon as I know I am buying my new nephew or neice their very first outfit! How exciting! I just can't handle the suspense! Congrats again!

I know you have all be waiting in suspense..

Okay so I finally decided to update my blog. Unfortunatley at the moment I am not able to post any pictures. As soon as I can, I will be sure to post for all to see. I can't believe that it is almost THANKSGIVING, time is flying by.
So Parker's team won STATE! I took pictures at the game and had all intentions to post the pictures the next day, but it has now been over a week. So now I can't even remember the score, all I know is that it was an awesome game. They won by a touch down is all I know. Maybe I will have Parker write down a play by play of the game with all the football lingo. Parker had a great game, he had an interception, and some great tackles. He plays defense, and does a really good job. The games was so intense and so much fun to be at. My mom was so excited she pretty much wet her pants, those of you who know her know that that happens alot. Don't tell her I told you! My mom is such a hoot! WAY TO GO PARKER! HUSKIES RULE!
So the game was on November 10th and since then I have been really busy with work and church callings. I made 190 Christmas cards for our Enrichment Dinner Party, they turned out really cute. I should have taken a picture, but darn it I forgot. Thank you Aaron for all your help, he is such a good ribbon cutter.
This last weekend was such a blast! Friday we stayed home and rented some movies, while we put together invitations. Saturday I made my first home made pie, it turned out really pretty. Later that night we had a THANKSGIVING party with my mom's side of the family, it was my first TURKEY DINNER of the season. It was so much fun and so so yummy. I love getting together with the fam, it is always good times.
Sunday we did the usual. We woke up and Aaron and I finished up our Primary lesson and then Aaron told me that he was not going to church because football was on, but I was not having that and he ended up coming to church. Good choice Babe! Then we went to my parents house and had a very yummy dinner, then we went to Aaron's house and played a game of BALDERDASH and SCATTERGORIES. Man Balderdash is such a great game, any game that can have you rolling on the floor in laugher is a must have. We had a ton of fun with Aaron's family, they are such a joy to be around. We are so lucky to have such great family. We also drew names for Christmas and it got me all excited, I love this time of year. I have started listening to Christmas music and it puts me in such a great mood. Well I think that is all for now! I will get pictures posted as soon as I can.

I hope you all have a really GREAT THANKSGIVING! Can't wait to spend a whole day with family, what a perfect day it will be! Have fun everyone!

Halloween 10/31/2007

Aaron and I carved pumpkins with Aaron's family on Saturday October 27th in the afternoon. Here is what we created
My Pumpkin- It says, "BOO!"

Aaron's Halo 3 pumpkin
Halloween night, Aaron in his Scary mask
Parker and Phil (My brother in law) hanging out with friends. Parker is Chuckie and Phil is the tall scary monster in a black robe. I can't believe Parker is hanging out with girls. How cute!
My Dad as Chuckie- This mask is really super creepy! YIKES

We had a really fun Halloween, we went to my parents house for dinner, then we went to Aaron's family to visit them and too look at our pumpkins. Aaron's parents house looked awesome, it was decorated so cute. Then we went to our place to hand out candy, it was so fun to see all my sunbeams. So we had a great October, I can't believe it is already November. Time is just flying by. I want it to slow down because in three short months Aaron leaves for a year, and I just do not want it to be here. I guess you could say that I am in denial. I love November it is a perfect time to reflect on all the many things I am grateful for.

Halloween Party 10/27/2007

Blue man group, 80's aerobic gal, Victoria- Posh Spice
On Saturday Ocotber 27th we had an awesome Halloween Party and my friend Zak's house. Thank you to Chelsea and Meghann for all the hard work you put into throwing an awesome party. It was seriously such a blast. We played Fear Factor, which by the way the food part I threw it up. We made up skits with our costumes, carved pumpkins and ate lots of yummy food. Aaron and I won the pumpkin carving contest, and we won: a cute picture, masks and some sweet trophy's. It was "Spook" tacular!

The whole group. Alex, Zak, Meghann, Jed, Missy, Me, Aaron, Zach and Zak's cousin ( I can't remember her name) OOPS!
Me, Aaron and Masterchief (OUR PUMPKIN)- I am holding and wearing our prize for winning the contest. Yes Masterchief from HALO 3, Aaron is obsessed.
Sweet couple straight out of the 80's! I promise he is drinking Root Beer!
David Beckham and Victoria(Posh Spice)- Real names Zak and Chelsea

The night was so much fun, we had such a blast.

I know it is November 6th and I am finally posting some pictures. I am trying to get over the whole I look so fat in pictures. Well it was a great Halloween!

Happy Birthday Danny!

Danny "The Birthday Boy", Mindi "The Birthday Boy's Wife"
Toby, Me, Aaron
We just wanted to wish Danny a Happy Birthday yesterday! We hope you had a great day! You are such a great brother-in-law! You always make us laugh and you always know how to have a good time. You are going to be a great daddy! Thank you for always being such a great example to us.

We had a fun night we took Danny to Zupas for his birthday and then we went to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to get an apple for dessert. I love their apples they are so yummy. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and had a midnight snack, I ate the rest of my apple. We had fun hanging out with Danny and Mindi, they seriously are the best. I can't wait to see them as parents they will rock!
This weekend is going to be so fun, we have a Halloween pary. I love Halloween it is so fun! We still do not know what we are going to be, but I will post pictures. If they are cute! I have a hard time posting pictures, because I always look goofy!
We hope everyone has a "Spook"tacular weekend and Halloween!

I have been TAGGED! YIKES

I've been tagged, so here it goes! The rules: Player lists 6 facts/habits about themselves, At the end of the post, player then tags 6 people and posts their names, then goes to their blog and posts a comment letting them know they've been tagged and asking them to read our blog for the rules.
Well when I looked at Tanya's blog and I realized I had been tagged I was really nervous. I had no idea what to list! I will give it a shot!

1. I was a contestant on the PRICE is RIGHT, I won a fridge, hair straightner, and a blender. The hair straightner and blender do not work very well, I think I had to end up throwing them away. It is kind of funny, I had the chance to win a Mini Van, but lost the game, so obviously I was not driving home in style. My friends from SUU used to call me "mom" at college because I was always cleaning up and decorating. They always imagined me being a soccer mom driving around a mini van, sorry guys your dream has not come true yet! My friends also use to always tell me that they I reminded them of a Refrigerator because I would always eat everyone's left overs. So each of my prizes had a unique significance to me.
2. I love weddings, I love everything thing about them. They are so magical! Ever since I was a little girl I would make my friends look through wedding magazines with me when they would come over. I was obsessed. My dream occupation would have to be a wedding designer, I love decorating, putting flowers together, I even signed up for a cake decorating class. I am not very good I just enjoy doing things like that.
3. When I was little I hated having any bumps in my hair. I would stay home from school if I had a bump in my hair! My mom would lock me out of the house and I would pound on the door yelling "MOM, I can't got to school with bumps in my hair, I HATE YOU, let me in" terrible! What comes around goes around, right?
4. I can't go to bed if there is dishes in the sink, laundry to be folded, or anything that is not put away. I like things neat and in order.
5. I still sleep with my baby blanket, I can't go anywhere without it.
6. One fact for sure, is that I love my husband so much! I am so proud of him and I really am so blessed to have him in my life. He has made me a better person.

Okay that was not that bad! I just did not know what to say, I am not very exciting. When I am put on the spot I can't ever remember anything.
So I am going to tag Erika, Marianne, Ledah, Kathy, and Jen! Sorry guys!

VICTORY!

I figured out what was wrong with my computer, I downloaded a free anti-viru software and cleaned up my computer. I can keep doing fun things on my blog! Positive thinking WORKS!

My Moment of WeAkNeSs

So I have been trying really hard to eat healthy, I am sick of always feeling FAT, I know poor Me! HA HA! Well during my lunch break I went to Harmons to pick up some groceries and as I was pulling out I smelt a whiff of Crown Burger. I kept saying, "No I should not be eating fast food," I caved in and ended up at the drive thru at Crown Burger (I do not know how I got there).
Man was it good! I really enjoyed every minute! Well maybe I need to try a little harder, just a little! I will just need to go on a longer walk tomorrow morning.
Well I should be done posting for the day!

Happy 19th Birthday Jessie!

So yesterday, I was too occupied with the fact that my blog would not let me delete anything, post anything, or upload images I forgot to wish my little sister Happy Birthday. It is okay if I am a day late, because it is her birthday week! Well Jessie is seriously my constant entertainment, she makes me laugh so much. I know it is not hard to make me laugh, but she gets me going like no one else can.(except Aaron he is hilarious) She is one-of-a-kind! So HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I hope you had the greatest day.
On Tuesday night we met at the mall to go shopping for her birthday and she refused to let us buy her clothes because it was too boring of a present, but she caved in and let us buy her some clothes. Come on who would not want clothes! She wanted my sister Mindi to buy her one of those drink fountains where you can pour punch in the bowl and then the punch comes out like a waterfall, okay I am not a writer and I do not know how to explain it. Anyway, so funny, Mindi could not track one down. We ended up at Old Navy after the mall, and it was my Mom, Mindi, Jessie and me and we had so much fun. My mom said she would buy us something for ten dollars, so I went searching for the best deal. I went home with two items, what a bargain shopper! Mindi ended up making my mom buy her something for $20, we know who the favorite is! JK! While we were checking out, I got a phone call from a lady in my ward reminding me of the enrichment meeting we had that night, I paniced and said I would be there in 15 minutes. That is not like me to forget something like that, I love being in enrichment it has been so fun getting to know the ladies in my ward. I love my ward, it is full of awesome people! I feel so blessed!
Well for Jessie's birthday we went to Winger's for the 5th year in a row! Jessie does not like to break tradition. We had so much fun! While we were eating Jessie's boyfriends Mom came to drop off her present from Jason (who is on a mission) he had his mom put together a dozen roses in a vase and one fake one. The card said, "I will love you until the last rose dies," which will be never since it is fake and can't die, maybe a little dusty. She started to cry and then she looked at me and I started to cry! It was so weird, it took two seconds for a stream of tears to roll down my cheeks. It was so cute, and Jessie was so happy. Me and my hormones!
This is a long post, but there are so many memories that I wanted to write down so I would not forget.
Also I am happy to say that I helped Jessie with her math homework last week and it was a take home test, so I was so nervous that I would help her and then she would get a bad grade. I found out that she did pretty good, I had to pat my-self on the back for being able to remember after 5 years. I am still not very good, but I tried! Well this weekend should be fun, I am getting together with my in-laws on Friday night, and am hoping to make it to Girls Night Out, later Friday night, with my ward but we will see! Aaron has drill so I might be a little bored on Saturday, I am sure I will find something to do like cleaning! Then on Sunday it is Stake Conference which is cool but sad because I do not get to teach Sunbeams, I look forward to that! Then we get to go to my Grandma's house for dinner, I can't wait I love spending time with my family! Well maybe if I dare I will try to upload some picutures! Cross your fingers that it will work! Life is great!

Blogging Disaster!

So I do not know what is going on with my blog. It will not let me upload anything, so I do not know if it is my computer and it does not have enough memory or what? So I am back to just the normal look. It works for now! So if anyone has any suggestions I would love some advice! Thanks! I bet it is because I have changed it so much that now it is super confused! Well hopefully I can figure it out! (PROBABLY NOT)

Weekend Events

Parker's Football GAME- Saturday Aaron and I went to Parker's Football game, which was really fun, I love watching my little brohter play sports. His team won, and it was a really intense game. GO HUSKIES!
Me and Aaron- I promise Aaron really was happy, or maybe he was not, well he is not a fan of the camera. We still enjoyed watching my bro play ball.
#4- Parker Wettstein

We had a really nice weekend, very relaxing. Friday Aaron made me watch What Lies Beneath, and I could only make it through the first hour, I can't handle scary movies. Saturday we ran errands, and went to Parker's football game. Sunday we went to church and it was fast Sunday and Aaron bore his testimony he did a really nice job. Sunday is also the day that Football is on all morning, afternoon, and night. I am starting to enjoy watching it a little more. Well we had an enjoyable weekend and it is always hard to go back to work on Monday. It should be a great week.

One Last Lake Powell Picture-
Featuring the one and only...MEGAN HILTON
That is me Slolemn Skiing (I am not sure if that is how you spell that) in Lake Powell, I was finally able to upload these pictures off my camera. I love to water ski, it is such a good work out and really is so much fun. I am craving to go out and be on the water. Only 12 more months until we go to Lake Powell again. Just around the corner. Sorry that it is not a better picture.

Family Night- On Monday we went to Missy and Jed's house to welcome their new puppy home, Rudy. I love this puppy he is so adorable. We ate Pizza and had all intentions to watch the movie "Rudy", but Bachelor was on and Missy and I were hooked. We also played phase 10, the winner was ME. Aaron gets so frustrated when we play phase 10 because he can't ever beat me. It is okay because he wins at everything else.
The crater in our backyard- Okay the hole that our dog Toby dug.

Well it has been just over a week since I last posted, but I find it way more fun to look at my family and friends blogs instead of updating mine. I think I just get in a funk, where I really did not like my blog and I really had nothing to talk about. What I really like about blogging is changing my template, I just changed it but I liked the other one better, but I can't get it to go back the way it was, but that is what I get for not letting it be.

Life is good with the Hilton's, our weekend was awesome. Of course conference was incredible, loved every talk. We got to go to the Saturday afternoon session, it was so neat to be there. I love the gospel, I do not know what I would do with out it in my life.

On Friday we went out with some of my friends, ate a good dinner and then went back to our place to play games. Aaron and I decided that we love to play games, and I think my friends get sick of it. I will have to be more creative when people come over.

Sunday we spent the day relaxing, and then went to my brother and sister in-laws apartment to celebrate Dan's birthday. We ate a yummy dinner and opened presents. Happy Birthday Dan!

This week we have been busy with work, school, church and the dogs. We are watching Danny and Mindi's bull dogs, so I am trying to keep my eyes on all three of them. I think they know when I am not watching because they will run outside and dig, dig, and dig. I don't have eyes in the back of the head, dang it, that would be pretty sweet. The digging is caused by our dog Toby and then Mo and Muffins decide to join the fun. Other than cleaning up dirt, giving baths, and patching up holes our week has rocked. I guess that is a little glimpse in the life of motherhood.
Last night I went down with my Dad to American Fork to pick up my mom's old car from the dealership. My Dad is surprising my mom with a brand new car. She has been gone for a week and a half on a church history tour with my Grandman, jealous, she comes home tonight. My dad is going to show up at the airport in her new car. My mom is going to be so excited. I had fun with my dad. He is such a great guy, so outgoing and so caring. I love you dad!

Tonight I have volleyball, I play with some ladies from my ward. We have a good time together and it is good to get to know the people in my ward a little better. I am not very good, because as embarrassing as it might be, I am kind of scared of the ball.
Aaron and I do not have any plans for the weekend yet, but whatever we do it will be fun. I love spending time with Aaron as much as I can. He is the best friend and husband ever.

NIGHTMARE on 13th!

Last night Aaron, Me, Mindi, Danny, Ali, Rob, Parker, Whit, Gabi and Madie went to a Haunted HoUsE. My sister Jessie is in one this year so last night was family night and we got to go for free. It was so much fun, Jessie did a great job performing, she was very scary. I do not like Haunted HoUsEs because I really do get so scared. I am a wimp for sure. We had a great time, the girls were in one group and the boys in another group. My little brother Parker was hilarious he was so scared he would cling on to Aaron, what a softy! JK! So that is what Aaron and I did last night. I was going to take my camera and then I decided not to, how silly is that. It was a good Haunted House I suggest it to anyone.
I also changed my blog to fall colors, it is always fun to switch things up a little. I love the fall! Well we do not have anything very exciting coming up this week, other than conference, which I am really excited for. That is all for today and probably the rest of the week. I am signing off.

More Lake Powell Pictures

Gabi and Me
Me and my cute cousin Ethan
My cousin Jared going around to other House boats trying to scare them with his Chuckie mask
Aaron and Me, driving back to the Marina. SO SAD!
Aaron driving the house boat.
I had a ton of pictures that I took this weekend but these are just a few of them. We had so much fun, it was great and now I have vacation blues.

Lake Powell

This weekend we went to Lake Powell- Here is our house boat "Midnight Magic"
Here is a picture of our house boat Me, Gabi, Maddie, Janie, Jenny at the back of the house boat getting ready to go out on the boat.
See that big archway, well we hiked up there. It does not look far, but it really is. It was steep I was pretty much crawling up the mountain. I wanted to give up but my cousins and Aunt insisted that I did not. I am glad that I did not, because the view was amazing. It gave me the chills. My cousin Brittney remembered her camera so I will have to get those from her to post. Lets just say hiking is not my favorite thing.
Gabi and I getting ready to go out on the Jet Ski. I loved to Jet Ski, it is so much fun! Every thing we do in Lake Powell is so much fun.
The back of the house boat, I must say I love the slide that goes off the back. It is so much fun!
So this weekend we went to Lake Powell
We left Thursday morning at about 11:30 and got to Lake Powell at about 6:00pm. We stay at the Anelope Point Marina The first thing we did when we got there we went out on the Jet Ski. The water was glass, the sky blue and the weather warm. It was awesome. That night we got situated in the house boat and we sat on the top of the house boat and chatted. The rest of my family went on Monday for the whole week, some left Thursday and others got there Thursday. So we had about 25 people.
Friday we woke up pretty early to get our day started. We started off skiing in the morning when the water was smooth as glass, we air chaired, surffed then went cliff jumping, we swam, ate, jet skiied, and did lots of other fun things. Later that night we also did hip hop abs. Oh and the girl cousins made up a dance. We got the moves.
Saturday we woke up early again so we could get every bit of time on the lake. This is the day we went on our hike from "bleep" which was very hard but the view was beautiful. After that we went out to the Lake and did the usual, and then a wind storm came that lasted the rest of the day. We still had fun inside the house boat playing games and keepin our eys on the anchor to make sure they did not come out. It was crazy! We ended the night with rounds and rounds of MAFIA. That games can get pretty intense.
Sunday we of course woke up and got some things packed and ready to go, and then enjoyed the afternoon on the Lake, and then headed back to the Marina to head home.
So today I am back at work and not enjoyin it, I also still feeling like I am moving back and forth, it is a bizaree feeling. I wish I was back at Lake Powell. It seriously is one of my favorite places. We had a great time.

"Knead" we say more...

On Saturday Aaron and I went to lunch at Kneaders, hence the title of this post, I know clever. JK! Well I was trying really hard to be as cool as Aaron and balance my spoon but it took me a long time to figure it out so as soon as I did I had to take a picture. We had a yummy lunch and then went to my brothers football game, they played great. He won, GO HUSKIES!
I got Aaron to take a serious picture at lunch, finally! See that bruise under his eye, we got in a big fight and it shows that I won. Okay not really he just has a weird rash.
Our weekend was such a blast, we were really busy, but enjoyed our weekend.

Tres Hombres Friday

Every Friday Aaron and I go to Tres Hombres, it is a really yummy mexican restaurant, just down the street from where I work. Aaron does not work on Friday's so it is the perfect day for Aaron and I to go to lunch during my lunch break. We get really excited. They also have the best chips and salsa. I am going to miss all of our traditions when Aaron leaves to Afghanistan in February, it is going to be really hard, but he is serving our country so that makes it okay. Well I only have about an hour until we get to go to Tres Hombres, YIPPY!

Temple Night

Here is a picture of Aaron and I from last night. Aaron is pointing to the temple just in case you could not tell.

Last night was such a blast. We went to the Salt Lake Temple to do a session at 8:00 pm, it was so amazing and seriously so beautiful. After the temple we went to Sonic to get ice cream but Jed and Aaron ended up getting a whole meal, plus ice-cream. The waitress also made us two extra Oreo and Reeses Blasts, so we got double the ice-cream. After we ate our ice-cream, breakfast burritos, fries, etc we went back to Jed and Missy's so I could download Office onto Jed's computer. I could not believe how tired I was and it was only 11:45 PM, way past my bed time. It is so funny how in highschool and in college how you could stay up late, even when Aaron and I were dating we would stay up late watching movies, talking and goofin off until 2:00 AM. Now I am tired at 9:00 PM and I do not even have any kids, well it is kind of interesting. Anyway, last night was fun.

This weekend should be fun as well, I guess I could find a new word then fun, amazing and awesome but I can't think of anything. Tonight we are going with Aaron's Grandma to a church event where lots of religions in the community get together and a member of each faith gets up and gives a little talk. It should be interesting, and hanging out with Grandma Hilton is the best. On Saturday I will be at South Towne mall collecting food for the food drive, my work has teamed up with the Utah Food Bank. The Food bank is really low right now, so for a month we have been doing a huge campaign. Call me if you want anymore information it will be going until September 28th. After the mall we are going to the REAL game, because with participating in the food drive, if you take a bag of food to the game you get half off on your tickets. It has really been fun helping those out in need. Well that is all for today, it has been a very busy but fun week.

I really love this blogging thing, even though no one reads it, it is my way to keep a journal. So I am going to keep it up. Thank you to those who do read my blog.

Terrific Thursday Temple Night

I am really EXCITED for tonight because Aaron and I our going to the Salt Lake Temple to do a session with Missy and Jed. I love going to the temple, it is always such a great experience. I always think of the awesome primary song."I love to see the temple." Our Sunbeams love singing that song, they all know it by heart. Wow we are so lucky. Well maybe I can snap some shots of us at the temple and post them. That is all for today.

Check out this puppy!

I am so jealous this is my friend Missy with her new puppy, Rudy, he is so adorable.
Rudy- He just melts my heart.
He is a King Charles and he will be the newest member of Jed and Missy's family.
CONGRATULATIONS.

Damien Rice Concert

Megan & Aaron-
We could be characters in the "Twilight" series with our red eyes. We could be Vampires, "I want to suck your blood!" (HA, HA), We would be good Vampires though.
Damien Rice- The concert was so awesome. We had a lot of fun.
Megan & Aaron- Once again we could be apart of the Cullen family with our Red Eyes.

Tuesday night
We went to the Damien Rice concert with Greg and his date Nikki on Tuesday night, we had a lot of fun. He put on a great concert, and he was also really funny. So once again Aaron and I had a fun night and we enjoyed each other company.

What we have been up to...

Aaron and I had a really fun weekend. On Friday I got home a little late from work, because it has seriously been crazy, but I enjoy being busy it makes my day go faster. Well we went to dinner at Joe's Crab Shack, I do not like sea food but I really like their Chicken Fingers. Afterwards we went to Jordan Commons right across the street and saw Return with Honor. The movie had a really good message, it was a little cheesy, but the message was so awesome. It really taught me to not judge others, you never know their circumstances. After that we went to Dan & Katie's apartment and hung out with some friends. It was a really good night. On Saturday I had a friends baby shower, it was crazy to be going to one of my high school friends baby shower. So weird. It was really fun, and her baby is so so cute. After that Aaron and I went to Grandma Hilton's house and Aaron made us dinner. He is such an amazing cook, good thing! After that we played 7 up and we played until I at least won one game. So lets just say we played alot of times. It was such a blast. Sunday's are my favorite day, I love going to church, teaching my Sunbeams and going to dinner at either my mom's house or in-laws. We had two dinners on Sunday, which were both so so yummy. After dinner we played Balderdash with Aaron's family and we laughed the whole time, that game rules. Well it was a fantastic weekend. I should have taken pictures of our awesome weekend because I know that looking at pictures is way more fun then reading my boring blogs.
Tonight we are going to the Damien Rice concert, so I am sure it will be fun. Well that is all for today.

Keith Urban Concert

Megan & Aaron goofing off at Keith Urban concert- We could not get a serious face picture, Aaron would smile and I would goof off or I would smile and Aaron would goof off. It was such a blast
Here is my serious face and Aaron's goof off picture. So silly
Megan's Zoolander pose
Aaron's Zoolander pose
Right after this picture my camera died, so I was not even able to get any pictures of Keith Urban, it was such a bummer. The concert was so fun, it was probably one of the best concerts I have ever been to. We had a ton of fun! Thanks Aaron for the fun night.

Keith Urban Concert

I am so EXCITED because Aaron and I get to go to Keith Urban on September 11th, which is tomorrow. He bought the tickets for my birthday clear back in May, so I have been waiting for this for a while. I can't wait to spend a fun night with Aaron.

Military Ball

This picture represents all the soldiers who have served our country who have died in battle.

Megan & Aaron- This is Aaron's Dress Uniform

Greg & Aaron- Aaron served with Greg in Iraq and they have stayed great friends

It has been a really busy week since the last time I posted. Work has been really busy, Aaron is busy with school, and I am busy with church callings as well. So this weekend was really fun on Friday night Aaron's work had a Military ball at UVFC, where I met people he works with at the National Guard headquarters and we enjoyed a yummy dinner. It was really neat to see all the men and women who serve our country so we can continue to live in such a wonderful nation. It was a really memorable night.

Aaron's Poetry

This is the picture that Aaron describes in this poetry.
I had to post this! Aaron wrote this and I wanted to share it with the few people that look and read my blog. He has some great writing skills ( he is working on a book, he has three paragraphs) Go AaRoN!
So I just wanted to take a minute to describe an image that I'm looking at.
Everything is calm, it's still as if the whole world has come to a hault just for this one moment. Even the forces of nature have been suspended, there's not a breeze, not even a bird that moves gracefully through the air. The sun hangs high in the sky. It shines brightly and kisses the skin ever so slightly of those who are in it's presence. The sun's rays are eternally expanding, spreading it's magnificent glow throughout the entire valley as if to say "hello" to those who are affected by it's glow. Below the sun sits a crowd, a group of people who have come together to encourage, enforce, and to take part of a common ritual. The crowd is motionless, however it is not without emotion. A whirlwind of feelings, anger, happiness, joy, confusion collide and bounce around the air. They each have a story to tell, a story that they want to tell, a story that is bursting out of them to let it self be known to the world. To inform the world of where it's been, it's experiences. It's chaos and commotion yet everything is peaceful.
Especially in the air around two specific individuals. There is warmth, love, an aurora surrounds them that emits a lack of concern. The two sit amongst many, many who are still as if they were immortalized in that specific moment in time. The two sit close, they appear to be a couple. The man has his arm around the woman pulling her into him self as if trying so desperately to make them a whole, to make them one eternal being. He is radiant, the sun highlighting his features, gracing him with a magnificent glow. He is happy. A smile eases his way to his face and looks as natural as if it would be there for all time and eternity. His eyes are strong, they show confidence, but have a slight sign of weakness, compassion, and love.
The woman sits next to the man sub missing her self and giving into the mans grasp. Her body says take me and shows no struggle of becoming one being with the man. She is small and fragile but shows a strength, a strength of security and perseverance. She is like wise as happy. Her features stand out and her beauty is inescapable. Her beauty overshadows those of the man.
She shines brighter than even the glow of the sun. Her smile is as if God him self came down and blessed her with all of his imperfections. She is pure, delicate, and soft. The two are a couple and they are happy. She completes the man as her completes her, they are one eternal bond unaffected by the world around them. They are Megan and Aaron Hilton.
What I just wrote was a description of us at the BYU football game. I don't know if you can recall the picture but that was my best attempt to recreate and to describe it for you. I love you and hope that your day is going well.
I can't wait to see you tonight.

So that is the awesome description he came up with for a certain picture he has posted of us at his office. I will post it on my blog for all to see. The picture is posted on the top of this post. How many times can I say post? HA HA

Bryce Canyon
Our Trip was so much fun! We arrived late Friday night due to the high volume of traffic on our way out. On Saturday morning we woke up early and went on an awesome hike. I took so many awesome pictures but did not want to post everything. After the hike we chilled on a picnic table and sat and chatted. The day ended with a Rodeo and a nice dinner. Sunday we went and looked at all the view points and then went to church at 3:00. It was in the lodge, it was pretty sweet. Then we had a lovely dinner at the lodge. We then returned to our hotel room, played games and had a baton throwing contest. You would have to be there to understand. It seriously was such a blast. My family rocks. Thank you Mom & Grandma for another fun vacation.
