Hey, you know what, my beard growing skills are not to be joked about. I am pretty proud of te hair on my face. It even better now, that pic is a few weeks old. So basically you could say that I look like "Grizzly Adams". I even had a brown plad shirt and everyone calls me a luberjack when I wear it. I don't wear it much anymore. But I'll keep you posted on my sweet beard action. Later gator, love ya.

Megan, I found you! I know it is late and I just saw you less than an hour ago. But my kids are asleep and this is my computer time. Your blog was so fun to read. Can I just say that you look ALOT like your mom!! Funny to read that you took up running as a stress reliever, ME TOO! I am not a runner but my sister and some friends convinced me and I ran my first 5k right after they left. It was such an achievement I loved the push. So I have since ran another one and am looking for one on the 4th of July. Have you ran any races? We should totally run one together. I love that you know signs. I think it is such an awesome language. Everyone in our family signs (except Adrik) and it is nice to be able to communicate when you have to be quiet. I am really proud of you. You are just hanging in there like a trooper for being a new Army wife. You are doing all the right things. I am really impressed that you drove all the way up to Eagle Mountain for some social support. I am not good at reaching out and doing things like that. When I do I think of how miserable I have been for no reason. Staying involved and busy is the key to making it through the time. And being with others that can relate to your situation is always nice. It was so nice to meet you AGAIN...I can't believe that I didn't put two and two together. I remember there was one other wife there but had no clue it was YOU! Have fun on your trip and we will see you in a couple weeks.:) Des
